53 year old family man, living on the Wirral, but originally from Maidenhead.

All the photographs on this site were taken by me, of course, the majority taken with a Leica M2 or M7, or a Leica R8 (with and without the DMR back), with various lenses. Several of years ago, I was fortunate enough to be given a Nikon D700 as a birthday present, and now use my Leica R lenses on that body. I am very happy with it.

Earlier work was mostly taken on Fuji Velvia and Provia, Kodak Royal Supra print film, or Delta 100, but latterly I have been concentrating on using the MP, loaded with Tri-X, Pan-F+ and Astia, all of which I process myself at home.

Lenses range from a 35mm ASPH Summicron-M, through to either a 19mm Elmarit-R or even a 560 f6.8 Telyt. There might even be some old OM2 shots in here somewhere, but you will have to look hard to find them...
